Dedicated Customer Service
We offer a dedicated and highly trained full-time in-house customer service department, fully prepared to directly handle and respond to all customer issues related to your product. This allows you focus your attention and resources on growing your business.

Extensive Employee Training
All of our employees — from the warehouse floor to the delivery drivers to the customer service department — undergo intensive and ongoing training on IDS’ standard operating procedure, as well as our client’s policies.

Furniture Prep & Assembly
IDS offers on-staff professional furniture prep personnel who meticulously inspect each piece of furniture prior to delivery. Our professionals remove all product from the box and thoroughly deluxe it in our warehouse, before it’s delivered to your customer. We even pre-assemble all beds, a standard IDS practice no other company offers. This allows us to identify and resolve any issues before your customer sees them. We also offer in-home repair services to fix minor issues in your customers’ home.

Model Home Installations
We offer the capabilities, expertise and utmost professionalism to assist clients in complex, sophisticated and time-sensitive model home installations. We’ll keep you continually updated on the status of your product, so that you can keep the project running smoothly. Trust our highly professional drivers and installation experts to deliver and install your product on-time, with excellent care and quality, and according to your specifications.

Vendor Pick-ups and Transfers
